Merry Christmas! Crazy that we haven't posted anything since February. Sorry!
The Hiatt family is running around to the point we hang upside down. Tony and I are still with the same day jobs at the Area Education Agency and Bettendorf Schools. But my real job begins after work running the Hiatt Taxi Service each night for kid activities, while Tony is coaching Carly's basketball team and Elise's softball team. Carly is in 4th grade and loving it, but would much rather be tagging someone out in softball, playing basketball or grooving to music at home. Elise is in 2nd grade and is motivated by every learning opportunity, but also spends her time tinkling on the piano and enjoying softball and basketball Colin is in 5 year old preschool and excited to learn how to read like his sisters. He also works at staying upright in ice hockey and is now giving basketball a shot. When not involved in activities, the kids are bugging and/or playing with each other...which we wouldn't trade for the world.
