Well, our first full week of school is done. Everyone was exhausted by Friday.
Our faithful sitter, Haley, came and watched the kids Friday night so Tony and I could participate in another night of trivia for a friend who had a brain aneurysm last May. What a turn out. So many people came and showed support for the family. It was great for 2 of their girls to see how many people care about their mom.
Saturday Tony went to Des Moines to complete a fantasy football league with his high school friends. The kids and I went to a friends house to play in the kiddie pools. The kids had a blast getting wet and then playing in the sandbox. Fun was had by all the kids!
Now everyone is sleeping. I love my quiet Sunday afternoon.
